Fabulous hotel with affable staff for a very nice stay. Beautiful and wonderful location very close to the coast of California as well as the beautiful beach and good restaurants; early check-in. Generally excellent service with parking outside. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

The room was well-appointed and tastefully decorated and with a lovely balcony, a patio and a fireplace at your disposal, stunningly beautiful view. The staff were very friendly and responsive, nothing to complain about. Hotel's restaurant was good and with delicious food.

The room was luxurious and big size with smoke detectors for my safety. All the necessary was there, including bathroom with a spa bathtub. The location was beautiful, so close to the beautiful beach and good restaurants, wine tasting shops/restaurants and tourist areas. A cool bonus was nearby Reimer's Candies, that offered tea and coffee.

Quaint and overall clean hotel with caring staff from the front desk to the maid service. Well-appointed and well stocked room, beautiful view of the beach. Perfect location in the downstairs common kitchen area, and only about 5 minutes' walk to Avila Beach centre. A great selection of food options relatively near the venue.
No swimming pool at all.
